Obtain a Budget Pricing for Defects Found During the Inspection
CHC Home Inspection and Clear 2 Close Contracting have developed a strategic partnership which allows our clients to quickly obtain budget estimates to understand the value of defects found in their home inspection report.
This service is helping buyers and sellers navigate the home buying process and get to the closing table smoothly.
Open the report from the link that was emailed to you.
From the top of the report, select the drop-down menu in the top right corner titled “Report Tools”. Select the Repair Request Builder.
This brings you to a list of all defects found during the home inspection. Select the 5 defects that you would like budgeted; the check mark will turn green when the item has been selected.
Once you select the five defects, click “Create” at the top.
Select to email your report and enter in “lance@clear2closecontracting.com” Click SEND, then DONE.
You will receive an email within 72 hours once your repair budget quote is uploaded.
Can CLEAR 2 CLOSE perform these repairs as well? Yes, Clear 2 Close has a team of customer focused professionals who can perform almost any repair/ improvement.
Can CLEAR 2 CLOSE provide budget estimates from a report from a different company? Yes, Clear 2 Close contracting is only partnered with our company but that doesn’t mean they exclusively work with us
How soon will I recieve my budget estimate? Once we have received our clients requested defect items, estimates are turned around within 72 hours. If you do not select the defect items, don’t worry, we will select the more important repairs and get the budget to you anyway.
How much does this service cost? This service is free for budgeting on up to 5 defect items. If you would like to know repair cost on additional items call our customer service line to make your request and get pricing information.
