CHC Home Inspection Welcomes New Team Member, Josh, to the Family

At CHC Home Inspection, we take pride in providing thorough, trustworthy inspection services across the state of Kentucky. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome a new inspector who brings both professional expertise and a passion for helping families—meet Josh!

Josh joins the CHC team with more than three years of experience in home inspection and an impressive background in environmental science. He holds a master’s degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management with a concentration in Occupational Safety from Eastern Kentucky University. Before becoming a home inspector, Josh spent eight years working in an environmental laboratory, where he specialized in sampling and testing water quality—experience that adds a valuable layer of knowledge to every inspection he performs.

Josh is detail-oriented, highly skilled, and genuinely cares about the health and safety of the families he serves. Whether he’s checking a foundation, evaluating a roof, or ensuring a home’s systems are functioning as they should, Josh approaches every inspection with thoroughness and integrity.

When he’s not on the job, Josh is all about family and the great outdoors. He loves spending time with his wife and their two daughters, often heading out on camping trips, going boating, fishing, or just enjoying nature. He’s also a big fan of Kentucky sports and never misses a chance to talk racing—especially if it involves horsepower!
