Clients are offered a complimentary estimate for 5 repairs.

He's got over 5 years of residential construction under his belt and earned his home inspector license back in 2020. His philosophy? 'Construction isn't just a job – it's my passion, my pride. Crafting with my hands is where I find my zone.'
But there's more to Lance than blueprints and tools. He's got a soft spot for customer service. He firmly believes that quality and customer needs walk hand in hand. For him, it's all about turning your vision into reality.
Where does he hang his hat? Cynthiana, Kentucky, with his partner Tracy and their energetic quartet. Lance sums up life as 'constantly evolving, beautifully busy – just the way I love it.'
